Common Upload Issues & Fixes
Image Too Blurry or Low Resolution

File Size Exceeds 10MB
Solution: Use online compressors (TinyPNG, Compress JPEG), reduce image dimensions (2000px width is sufficient), or convert to PDF which often compresses better than JPEG.
North Direction Not Detected
Solution: Add a clear arrow with 'N' or 'North' label. Use bold lines and high-contrast color. Place it away from walls to avoid confusion. Check with compass app if unsure.
Rooms Not Identified Correctly
Solution: Add text labels for each room. If unlabeled, ensure kitchen has visible sink/stove, bedrooms show beds, bathrooms show fixtures. Remove ambiguous furniture.
Multi-Page PDF Not Supported
Solution: Extract the relevant floor plan page as a separate PDF or convert to image (PNG/JPG). Upload each floor separately. Use PDF editing tools to split multi-page documents.
Hand-Drawn Sketch Rejected
Solution: Ensure walls are continuous (no gaps), use graph paper for proportions, draw with dark pen (not pencil), scan in good lighting without shadows. Label everything clearly.
