Changelog
2026-10-15 — Multi-flat plans and shared areas
Additive changes only. A plan that draws several flats on one floor is now split at room review into one analysis per flat: unit on an analysis holds the flat label and its siblings, and each sibling is a separate analysis waiting at room review. The whole plan costs one credit. Room resume accepts the optional primaryUnitLabel and treatAsOneHome, and each room accepts sharedArea.
Result rooms add sharedArea and unitLabel; shared building areas such as a common lobby or lift core are listed with verdict could-not-assess and never scored. Result floors[].score carries a per-floor score when a home has two or more assessed floors.
2026-10-12 — v1.0
Initial API documentation: organization keys, asynchronous analysis submission and reads, north and room review, credit balances, deterministic sandbox and signed webhooks.
Within v1, changes are additive. Breaking changes ship under a new major URL version, with at least six months of continued v1 support and advance notice. Consumers should ignore unknown webhook event types.
